1. HOW CAN I GET A DISCOUNT?

We advertise our products at our lowest possible prices. However we regularly go further by offering 'stock run-out' discounts on selected items (as marked) and promote regular 'Time Limited' Front Page Super Specials! Keep checking back to our front page for those. Also remember, other than our fantastic prices we always have our listed products in-stock guaranteed* shipped next business day.

2. HOW MUCH POSTAGE WILL I HAVE TO PAY ON MY ORDER?

Postage and handling charges are automatically calculated during Check-Out before you accept and pay for your order. Please do not email us for postage costs as the online ordering system automatically generates the required postage costs to your specific location based upon the items you have ordered and the specific postage option you have chosen (eg, normal, express etc). You must use the online checkout to obtain your postage costs before finally paying for your order.

3. IS MY ORDER IN STOCK?

Every item that is listed on our website is In-Stock guaranteed* and dispatched next business day. Please see our In-Stock guaranteed Policy on our general policy page for more information.

4. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER AND WHERE'S MY TRACKING NUMBER?

Once received, your order is dispatched 'Next-business day'. Please see our general policy page regarding our 'Next-business day' dispatch commitment.

Once dispatched your delivery time will vary depending upon which of the following postage options you have chosen (Note: Some postage options may not be available due to the nature/size/weight of the product(s) ordered):

  • Platinum - Express Post: The fastest option and should always arrive within 1 business day from dispatch anywhere in Australia. On very rare occassions (especially if you are in Queensland) you may receive your item in two business days however this is rare.
  • Express Post - Will generally arrive within one to two days (Queensland up to 3 days).
  • Regular + Registered Post - Will arrive between one (if in Western Australia) and up to four days anywhere else in Australia (Queensland up to 5 days). Registered post requires a personal signature from you to obtain the package otherwise a card will be left for you to collect the item from the designated local post office (as per the card)
  • Regular Post - Same timeframes as Regular + Registered Post above except the item is not registered and does not require a signature and will be left in your postbox/door as per your normal postage delivery.

Tracking Numbers -You will ONLY receive a tracking number for your order if it is sent via Platinum Express Post or Express Post. This will be provided to you on the day of dispatch. You will NOT receive a tracking number for Regular + Registered or normal Regual Post. 5. WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED AND CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

We are located in Western Australia and dispatch our products nationally within Australia only.

Our premises are NOT customer accessible due to logistical and security reasons therefore Pick-Up is NOT available.

6. WHERE IS YOUR CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMBER?

We are contactable by email ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) ONLY. We are NOT contactable by phone for several reasons.

First and foremost, all our systems are automated to track and process customer orders online through to delivery. This is the fastest way to process your order. We answer all queries via email so that they can be captured and processed by our Customer Relationship Management system to ensure accuracy and timely responses to queries as they are received.

We would not be able to provide this level of service via Telephone unless we invest in a very expensive call centre where the costs of which would ultimately have to be recovered through our pricing. Clearly we want to keep our prices competitive for our customers and therefore we have opted not to provide direct telephone contact options.

7. I OWN A (INSERT YOUR IMPORT HERE) AND WANT TO MODIFY IT. WHICH PRODUCTS DO YOU RECOMMEND?

This is a common question we receive from customers and prospects alike.

We recommend that you should always consult your local experienced tuner for an authoritative answer to your question. As you can probably appreciate becoming a qualified tuner across all Japanese imports and performance products takes years of training and hand-on experience. We are primarily a parts supplier and do not operate a tuning shop. We are more than happy to supply based on customers own knowledge backed through discussions with their local tuner.

This may seem unhelpful however we believe it is better than providing "blind" assistance remotely within a specialty area that should always be provided by an experienced tuner who can see the actual vehicle in question. Many people have been mislead by remote advice either through the lack of experience on behalf of the people providing the advice and/or the fact that the vehicle had other considerations that were not mentioned or could not be considered in person. Consequently, there have been instances where people have damaged their vehicles based upon unqualified "internet advice" from non-qualified individuals that simply want to make a quick sale. We are not interested in such tactics and would rather that our customers obtain local qualified advice and then we are more than happy to supply as appropriate.

8. DO YOU SHIP TO ANY COUNTRIES OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA?

No. We previously shipped to UK, Ireland and New Zealand however we no longer ship to these countries due to logistical reasons. We ship to Australia ONLY - No exceptions so please don't ask.

9. I DON'T SEE THE PRODUCT I WANT LISTED - WILL YOU ORDER IT IN FOR ME?

Import Scene is very different to other on-line stores in that we stock everthing we sell. Therefore we have a 'no back-order' policy to ensure that all customer orders are sent out 'Next business day'. Therefore if you want a product that we don't currently have listed then by all means let us know by emailing us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it We will consider your request on the basis of possibly stocking the suggested item in future however we will not 'back-order' the product for you. If we do decide to stock the item then we will let you know once stock is actually in our warehouse so that you can order and receive next-busines day dispatch.

During checkout you have the option to pay via Credit Card (visa or mastercard) or via Paypal. You CANNOT pay by direct deposit, Money order COD or any other payment type.
